Our collaborative network includes the Asian Development Bank, SafeTravelPH, Salt Payatas, Thammasat University, IIT Kharagpur, and Glodal Inc. Each member of this dynamic alliance brings a wealth of expertise to their respective roles, contributing essential skills and knowledge.

LocationMind Inc.
LocationMind is a location information and satellite intelligence venture company that is at the forefront of using technology to solve social issues. Founded in 2019 by Professor Ryosuke Shibasaki from the University of Tokyo, our team of experts leverages cutting-edge technology to provide valuable insights and solutions. We have already made a tangible impact by providing data for the Cabinet Secretariat's new coronavirus infectious disease countermeasures site and supporting the Tokyo Corona infectious disease monitoring. But this is only the start of our journey. By utilizing location big data analysis, IoT devices, people flow prediction, consulting, and space-based security services, we are pushing the boundaries of what's possible and making a real difference in the world.
Asian Development Bank
The Asian Development Bank is an international development finance institution established in 1966 to foster economic growth and economic cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region and contribute to the economic development of developing countries.
The ADB Innovation Hub launched in October 2021 aims to foster a culture to drive innovation within ADB, and design innovative solutions with developing member countries to address complex development challenges.
The High-Level Technology Fund was established in 2017 to provide grant financing for promoting the integration of high-level technology and innovative solutions into ADB projects addressing development challenges. It is a multi-donor fund administered by ADB. The Government of Japan is the first donor to the fund.
SafeTravelPH
SafeTravelPH Mobility Innovations, Inc., is a multidisciplinary non-government organization that operationalizes the concepts of open data and collaborative governance in promoting sustainable transport innovations. SafeTravelPH commits itself to promoting open-data systems, integrating science-based policies, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Salt Payatas Foundation
Salt Payatas Foundation is the local NGO in the region, who is an expert in collecting survey data through questionnaire surveys(crowdsource data). Salt Payatas aims to contribute to poverty alleviation through educational support, such as our scholarship program, livelihood programs such as microbusiness support, and research projects, such as child development and pandemic effects.
Thammasat University
Dr Apichon from Thammasat University is an expert in developing the system for Chatbot for the project.
IIT Kharagpur
Dr. Shreyas Bharule from IIT Kharagpur, is an external consultant in developing and implementing the project deliverables.
Glodal Inc
